The annual Cyril Dann Trophy at Honiton Golf Club was won this week on a very hot day.
The competition which is usually held earlier in the year was postponed due to cold wet weather.
Participants battled the heat, making their victories sweeter.
Cyril Dann, a former member and supporter of the Tuesday Mixed Group, is remembered through this tribute tournament.
Cyril's daughter, Carolyn Bowles, donated the trophy to commemorate her father, after his passing in 2022.
The competition involved a drawn, mixed team Stableford where the two best scores were counted.
Despite the hot weather, good scores were presented across the competition.
The Dann trophy was handed to the winning team by Carolyn herself.
The champions, Ann Trayling, Sue Ritchie, Paul Ritchie and Harry Lawrence scored 82 points, almost equally divided among them.
Runners-up Vera Richardson, Ann Desmoulins, John Harvey and Frank Penny scored a respectable 77 points.
