Lyme Regis Golf Club Ladies braved the weather to participate in the historic R&A Coronation Foursomes this week.
Founded in 1953, the competition involves teams of two taking turns to play.
Runners-up were Di Harris and Amanda Baxter with 34 points.
Tessa Gilks and Wendy Mann triumphed, gaining a superb 44 points.
Should their score rank in the top 100, they will go on to play in the area final.
The rain and wind were forecasted, but it mostly held off until the closing holes.
Their impressive score potentially opens the door to the area finals.
