Exeter Chiefs fought back from 19-10 down to secure their second win of the European Champions Cup campaign, beating Munster 32-24 in a fabulous game at Sandy Park.
A score from hooker Dan Frost kept the Chiefs competitive and in the game at 19-10 after Munster had crossed the line three times in the first half. Henry Slade slotted a couple of penalties but Munster touched down again to lead 24-13.
The game turned when Ross Vintcent turned the relentless pressure into a try and the Chiefs were suddenly in control. Jack Dunne scored an incredible opportunistic try to give them the lead, grabbing a bouncing ball with the Munster defence out of position.
The visitors surged back with a spell of huge pressure on the Exeter defence, which stood firm, and Slade confirmed the victory with an intercept try that had the Sandy Park faithful roaring their approval.
