The name’s Bond, Caroline Bond.
With a field of 30 players in an Integrated Stableford Caroline Bond took the honours with a fine 39 points, followed by Ann Trayling, Jon Marchant and Nic Feeney.
The Tuesday Mixed format was a 14 Hole American Greensomes, and the winning pair were Joan Crook and John Craig, scoring a magnificent 39 points over the 14 holes. Second place went to Caroline and Steve Bond with 35 points and third place went to Sue Ritchie and John Ward with 34 points.
With variable weather conditions, 51 brave Seniors took on the course, and it was Peter Waters and Mike Sennitt who came first with 40 points, ahead of Stan Squire and Jim Wallis (38) and John Jackson and Peter Casey (37).
Despite some good scores only one two was claimed by David Lee, who I am informed chipped in on the seventh hole.
