With four weeks to go, many Axe Valley Runners can be found tackling the tops of Hooken Cliffs, from Beer to Branscombe, getting in the last-ditch training essential for the ultimate running challenge.

Matt Frost has been chasing 30 mins in the RunExe 5 mile series for a while. On January 25, he achieved his goal with a PB of 29:46, finishing in 18th place overall. Patrick Devine-Wright completed the 50-mile ARC race in Cornwall in 10:06, finishing second in the V50 category and 14th overall.
