A charity is set to hold a series of events for people to remember loved ones this Christmas.
Hospiscare will hold its Light up a Life celebration at Exeter Cathedral on Wednesday, December 4.
The event, sponsored by Shoobridge Funeral Services, will include performances from Exeter School Junior Choir and Young Voices.
The doors will open at 5.15pm, with the service beginning at 6.30pm.
Members of the public can commemorate their loved ones by adding a dedication to the Book of Memories, which will be at the cathedral and churches until January 5.
Honiton and Cullompton will also host two carol concerts.
Carols at the Park will be on Sunday, December 1, at the Deer Park Hotel, and Carols at Padbrook Park will take place at the Padbrook Park Hotel on Sunday, December 8.
Susie Healey, friends and family officer for Hospiscare, said: "As the local hospice charity for Exeter, Mid and East Devon, we know that the festive season can be difficult for those who are grieving, regardless of how many years have passed since the death of a loved one.
"Light up a Life is an opportunity for us to gather to commemorate the lives of those we miss dearly."
Exeter's Cathedral Green will also host the Hospiscare Tree of Light, which will shine from November in memory of lost loved ones.
