Honiton Carers enjoyed an arts and crafts session led by Dee Master.

On October 23, the group learned how to make paper tissue glass lanterns, which were described as "adorable".

The attendees expressed how much they "enjoyed all the cutting and pasting," noting that the craft is also suitable for grandchildren on a wet day.

The carers also extended their gratitude to refreshments organisers Pat Dymond and Stella Ford, who they said "did a superb job looking after us all."

The group is now looking forward to their next craft session, which will focus on making Christmas wreaths with Sue Holland and Martin Staniforth.
