A retirement apartment development is set to donate £5 for every visitor to its Macmillan Coffee Morning.
Otter Lodge in Silver Street, Honiton, will host the event on September 24 from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Visitors can enjoy coffee, cakes, and biscuits in the owners' lounge.
The event is part of Macmillan Cancer Support's World's Biggest Coffee Morning campaign.
Churchill Living, which runs the development, has raised more than £730,000 for the charity since 2009.
The company has pledged to donate £5 for each person who attends the event, subject to terms and conditions.
Caroline Haswell, senior marketing manager at Churchill, said: "We are delighted to be inviting people to our developments once again to support Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
"These events are not only a fantastic way to raise money for a very worthwhile cause, but also an opportunity to get the local community together and show people what life with Churchill is all about.
"We’ll be donating £5 for every visitor who attends the event, so we hope lots of local people will join us to help support this amazing charity."
