Honiton Library has celebrated 50 years at its New Street location.
About 100 guests, including customers and past and present partners and colleagues, attended the party on Thursday afternoon.
Entertainment was provided by singer Cameron Lemmer.
Businesses donated raffle prizes, raising £200 for Libraries Unlimited, which manages all Devon libraries.
Copies can be collected from a staff member, and the closing date is November 2, providing plenty of time to participate.
