Officers from The Rural East Devon Neighbourhood Team have executed numerous warrants across Sidmouth and Honiton over the past few days.
Subsequently, a large quantity of drugs and offensive weapons have been seized and enquires are ongoing.
A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We are committed to taking firm and robust action on drugs and weapons to keep our communities safe.
"If you have any information about ongoing drug issues you wish to report to police, please contact us via 101, online, or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
