Devon and Cornwall Police officers are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle on Tuesday (July 2).
It happened within the Aldi Car Park in Seaton on July 2 between approximately 1230 and 1245.
A spokesman for the police said: "We are seeking help in identifying the two individuals pictured who may be able to assist us in our enquiries.
"If anyone witnessed anything suspicious within the vicinity at that time, or has any information that might assist in identifying the two individuals pictured, please contact us and quote Incident 50240162390."
