Here are the things that bug the residents of East Devon. 

Analysis from fixmystreet.com shows the most complained about issues by East Devon residents. And it seems a lot of issues with potholes and cars causing an obstruction gets the residents blood boiling.

In Exmouth, the biggest bugbear to residents is cars blocking roads. Other things moaned about include potholes and bins. One issue was reported with potholes on Littleham Road. But by the far the biggest issue moaned about was cars blocking the road and causing an obstruction, with six cases of this in the town. 

In Budleigh, three issues were reported, including a water leak on April 12 on West Hill. Other issues include a magnolia tree falling over on The Green, reported on May 2, and an abandoned ford focus at the Bus Stop in Bedlands Lane, reported on Wednesday, March 6.

In Sidmouth, four issues have been reported, and residents are moaning about cars causing an obstruction. In Temple Street on Sunday, January 21 a pothole opened up in Temple Street.

A horse box was reported abandoned with no towing vehicle in December 2023 in Balfords and a car was parked on the junction of Balfords for 'almost a week'.

In Honiton, the most complained about issue was potholes, especially on Monkton Road. A whopping four cases reported to EDDC in March, also the disappearance of road markings and signs.

One issue in Kings Road involved the street lights not working in Kings Road.

Seven issues were reported in Axminster, and again the hot topic was potholes, a 'series of potholes appeared in Boxfield Road in January.

In Foxhill 'several cars were reported to be parked on the junction. In Musbury Road in December, the road had lifted. In Halletts Way one resident was moaning about cars parking on the pavement during school pick-up time.
