Lyme Regis Museum has announced its programme of family-friendly events for the upcoming Easter holidays.
The fun-filled schedule includes a series of drop-in activities and walks that cater to all interests.
It will host various workshops linked to its collections, led by local artists.
Participants can explore their creative side, indulging in activities such as clay modelling, print making, 3D modelling, and dinosaur origami.
The workshops are inclusive with the entrance fee, and attendees do not need to pre-register for the sessions.
The museum is also organising sessions where visitors can learn about the prehistoric ammonites that inhabited the Jurassic seas of Lyme Regis.
Hobbyists can also polish their personal 200 million-year-old fossils.
The much-loved Town History and Ghost Walks will further enhance the visitor's knowledge about Lyme's intriguing past.
The interactive geology gallery in the museum boasts a rich collection of fossils.
Other attractions include a learning centre, local history exhibits, features about noteworthy authors and a permanent exhibition dedicated to Mary Anning, a trailblazing fossil hunter of the region.
A new contemporary art exhibition 'Treasures – Scavenged Finds from Black Ven' by local Artist, Christine Allison, will also form part of the admission.
The museum plans to conduct its acclaimed Fossil Walks regularly, based on tide schedules, with the walk ticket's cost including museum entry.
Early online booking for Fossil Walks is recommended.
An annual pass offers unlimited visits and participation in activities over Easter.
