Every December, Seaton Fire Station illuminates the station with Christmas lights for the festive season, this year they are raising money for the Firefighters Charity.
The station launched a crowdfunding website on Tuesday, (December 12), for its charity efforts, they aim to raise £100 and have seven supporters already and raised 70 per cent of their target, (£70).
In a post they said: "As you know, every year, Seaton Fire Station is lit up for Christmas. We thought this year, we would be a great idea to try to raise money for an important charity to us. If you like our lights and can afford to, please donate. Thanks in advance.
The Fire Fighters Charity supports not just firefighters but their families when needed. They do a grand job but need donations to support their services. They ensure firefighters and loved ones can easily access information, advice and support.
