Shute Community Primary School PTFA will host a charity bingo to raise money for the village school.
Volunteers have banded together to organise a fun family Christmas bingo later this month. The money raised from the event will continue to support extra curricular events and activities for the school including funding new playground equipment.
Many local businesses in and around Axminster, and beyond, have generously donated prizes including tickets to Exeter Chiefs, The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Guildhall and gym membership with Oliver Joseph gym, plus many more.
Organisers said: “We are incredibly grateful to all of the local shops and businesses in and around Axminster who have very kindly donated prizes to this event.
“Without this kind of support from the local community we would not be able to hold these events and raise the funds we do, which go a long way in supporting and enhancing our children’s school experience.
“Thank you to each and everyone, and we look forward to welcoming everyone on the night for an evening of festive fun.”
The bingo night will include festive prizes as well as a cash prize game, children’s only game, refreshments and raffle.
Shute Community Primary School PTFA Family Christmas Bingo will take place on Friday, November 24 at Kilmington Village Hall. Doors open at 6.30pm, eyes down at 7pm.
