Axminster Guildhall is hosting a 'fun speed dating evening' on Friday, (October 20).
Over 50s speed dating is between 7 pm and 8 pm, 35-50s 8 pm to 9 pm and 20-35s 9 pm to 10 pm.
A spokesman for Axminster Guildhall said: "Gentlemen, you are looking for your own Princess Leia, Maid Marion, Juliet, Cleo or Lois Lane. We are still looking for a handful of ladies, but mostly men - so come on guys. If you are single, fancy a good night and maybe the chance to meet someone special, why not sign up. Don't be shy.
"Tickets are selling really well, and we have less than half left.We think this would be a fun community event and, we have been asked to do one. However, we could do with some more guys to sign up.
