WBW Solicitors, which are based in Honiton, have announced a new member is joining their family law team.
Richard Jones is an Family Advisor with over 25 years of experience in the field. He joined the firm in April and will be based in the Paignton office.
Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a wide range of Family Law matters, including Divorce, Family Finance, Injunctions, Children Law, and Jurisdiction, Abduction, and Relocation.
He is particularly experienced in handling family cases with an international element, such as international divorce forum, international disputes on children, and parental child abduction (Hague and non-Hague).
Previously based in London, Richard has represented numerous high-profile individuals in family cases and has been a regular commentator for the media on high-profile cases, including documentaries for the BBC and Sky TV and the UK press.
He has also been instructed by the Central Authority (office of the official solicitor) and specialises in finding missing children.
