BRADSHAW-SMITH Jeremy Peacefully, on 25th August 2024, aged 90. Jeremy, beloved husband of Ann, loving father of Emma, Charles, Robert and Lucy and to his 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Former GP at Ottery St Mary from 1964 to 1994 and good friend to many. Thanksgiving Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Ottery St Mary at 3pm on 18th September. Family flowers only. Donations in Jeremy's memory to the RNLI, the Ottery Help Scheme and/or the Tale Valley Trust c/o Luxton Funeral Service, 21 Tip Hill, Ottery St Mary.
