CARTER Dawn Passed peacefully away on Tuesday 6th February at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital aged 88 years. Late of Yarcombe and Talaton. The beloved wife of the late John and a very dear mother to Robin, Sally-Ann and Ruth also a very dear grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed by her many friends. Funeral Service at the East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on Friday 8th March at 1-00pm Family flowers only. Donations in her memory for the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) and the Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID) may be given as you leave this service or may be sent to W.H.
