PHELPS Betty Passed away peacefully on the 20th October 2023, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of Jeff and a much loved mum, nan and great nan. Funeral Service to be held at the The East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on Wednesday 8th November at 12.15pm.
