BARLEY Dr. NEVILLE HOWITT died peacefully at The Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on 26th January 2022, aged 93 years. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. Thanksgiving Service to be held at Seaton Methodist Church on Monday 14th February at 12.00pm.
