SHIELDS. Mickey. David would like to thank all family and friends for their cards, letters and messages of sympathy. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Seaton Hospital for their care and attention. Grateful thanks to all who attended the Funeral Service, everyone who sent flowers, to Nigel Speller for taking the Service and finally, to Julian Hussey and all at Overmass & Chapple Funeral Directors for the arrangements.
