Thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at Ottery St Mary Hospital. It was Denniss wish to come home and it was made possible due to the support to the family given by the District Nurses, Unity Care Ladies, Andy & Andrea and the Marie Curie Night Nurses, without whose help it would not have been possible.
